Concessionaires & Vendors
All contracts and information mailed out to concessionaires/vendors in the past, will now be available to download on our website. We will no longer be mailing these documents to you.
Those vendors who do not have access to a computer may request these documents to be mailed to them by calling our Concessions Office at 330-424-5159 or Marion McNeal at 330-429-9297 (cell).
NEW VENDORS: All new concessionaires/vendors are welcome to fill out a contract; however, in order to provide a variety of products/food to fairgoers, we can only accept a certain number of vendors selling the same product.
* If your product is a duplicate, you will be added to our waiting list. Feel free to contact us after May 15th to check the availability.
*SUBMITTING A CONTRACT DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU A SPACE.
ALL CONTRACTS ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW BEFORE ACCEPTANCE BY THE BOARD.
Outside spaces (20’ frontage) - $450 (water & electric additional charge)
Inside spaces (approx. 10’ x 10’) - $150 (electric included)
